Asset Details Page: Tree Nav Search and UX Improvements

The tree navigation panel on the asset details page has been updated with a set of UX improvements. Search is now built directly into the tree nav, so you can find any table without navigating away from the asset page.
The panel now includes an icon and title for clearer context at a glance, and the asset title and details have been repositioned above the page content area for a cleaner layout hierarchy. The open/close toggle uses a consistent chevron icon, and the panel content no longer scrolls under the asset name.
