Date Filter in Validation Monitors

Validation Monitors now support a rolling time window filter directly in the form UI — no custom SQL required. Select the table's date partition column and a lookback period, and the monitor query filters the data to that window.
For tables with high row counts, this makes Validation Monitors practical at scale by scoping queries to recent data.
