Domain filter on the Alerts page

The Alerts page has a new Domain filter with multi-select. It appears in the Shared (All Domains) and My domains views — pick any combination of domains and the feed scopes to just those alerts. When a single domain is already selected in the top nav, the page is scoped for you and the filter stays out of the way.

Previously, the only way to slice alerts by domain was the top-nav selector, one domain at a time. If you have access to several domains, you can now triage a chosen subset together in the Shared view.
