Filter the Monitors list by database

Database is now a filter on the Monitors list, matching the filter already on Alerts and Assets.

"What's covering this database?" had no direct answer — you could narrow alerts to a database, but the monitors behind them meant scrolling the full list. Now you can go from a database's alerts to its monitors in the same step.
