Monte Carlo's Terraform provider is now on the OpenTofu registry

Monte Carlo's Terraform provider and agent modules are now published on the OpenTofu registry.

If you run OpenTofu, or your pipeline only accepts providers from the OpenTofu registry (for example, through Spacelift), you can now manage Monte Carlo as code without workarounds.
