Reference domains: a domain can now hold common data it reads, separately from the data it owns

A domain's assets now come in two kinds: data your team owns, and data another domain owns that your monitors are allowed to read.

Add a domain in the Reference domains field of domain creation or on edit; and your metric, comparison, custom SQL, and validation monitors can use its assets for joins, lookups, or comparing counts against a source of truth.

Responsibility doesn't move with the read. Reference assets don't count toward your domain's coverage, reporting, or alerts, so pipeline alerts stay with the team that owns the data.
