Triage Agent: Slack Trigger and Importance Indicators

You can now trigger triage for an alert directly from Slack. Once triaged, the alert title carries an importance indicator — low (blue), medium (orange), or high (red) — and a brief summary of the triage is posted as a threaded comment.
