Your agents’ end-user ratings, tied to the trace behind each answer

When the people using your Snowflake Cortex or Databricks AI/BI Genie agents rate an answer with a thumbs up or down, Monte Carlo now shows that rating on the exact turn they rated: Positive or Negative, which end user left it, when, and their comment.
- The traces and conversations lists have a Feedback column, plus Feedback and Has comment filters
- The agent's Summary tab has a Feedback section that charts the negative rate over time, and its cards open the traces behind each number
Now a user saying an answer was wrong is a signal you can act on, next to errors, latency and evaluation monitors.
