Alert grouping by status

Monitors can now be configured to group subsequent breaches into an already-open alert for a specified duration, rather than triggering a new alert every time.

While an alert remains open — in No Status, Acknowledged, or Work in Progress state — new breach events accumulate on it. Once you resolve the alert, the next breach opens a fresh one, giving you a clean, distinct notification when an issue recurs after resolution.
