Automatic Triage is now enabled by default

The triage agent now runs automatically on every new alert — no click required.

Triaged alerts are nearly 6x more likely to get acted on than un-triaged ones (73% vs. 13%), and high-priority alerts get escalated to incidents about 2.5x as often as low-priority ones. Now every alert gets that treatment the moment it fires, not just the ones someone remembers to click.

You stay in control from Settings → AI Agents: set the account's usage restriction (unrestricted, off, or a custom monthly cap) and a default automation behavior, with per-domain overrides. You can also chain the Troubleshooting Agent to auto-investigate high, high + medium, or all triaged alerts.

Automatic Triage is free through August. Starting September 1st 2026, usage-based pricing applies, with the first 20 triaged alerts free every month per account.
