Monitor and trace lineage for Delta Sharing tables

Databricks Delta Sharing catalogs are now supported.
Shared tables and their schemas appear as first-class assets, monitors run against them like any other table, and lineage works in both directions — you can see what's built on top of a shared table, and a shared table resolves back to the source asset it projects, so lineage crosses the share boundary and you can trace upstream into the provider.
Tracing upstream requires both sides to be Monte Carlo connections.
