Subprocessors

A subprocessor is a third-party data processor engaged by Monte Carlo who has or potentially will have access to or process customer data as part of the Monte Carlo Platform.

In rare cases, personal data may be processed if it is included in query logs, user performance data, or as part of data sampling for alert investigation. Monte Carlo strongly encourages customers to mask or anonymize personal data at the data source before ingesting it into the platform.

Only a subset of our subprocessors have the potential to process personal data, these subprocessors specifically interact with query or row level data. For subprocessors that may process personal data see the column "Personal Data Subprocessor."

A full list of subprocessors used as part of the Monte Carlo Platform are included in the table below.

To receive notifications of any updates made to our subprocessors, please subscribe for updates at our Trust Center.
