Overview

An action on an alert: a status, owner, severity or name change, a comment, a split, a merge or detector feedback (mark as normal).

Dimension	Description
`incident_reaction__incident_reaction_at`	When the action was taken (UTC), to the second.
`incident_reaction__incident_reaction_new_value`	Value after the change, for example the new status or owner.
`incident_reaction__incident_reaction_old_value`	Value before the change, for example the previous status or owner.
`incident_reaction__incident_reaction_service`	Integration the action came from (slack, pagerduty, opsgenie, msteams, servicenow, jira); empty for actions taken in Monte Carlo itself.
`incident_reaction__incident_reaction_type`	status_update, owner_update, declared_severity_update, severity_update (legacy), name_update, comment, split, merge, detector_feedback.
`incident_reaction__is_incident_reaction_false_positive`	The detector feedback says false positive.
